Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety. Hence, We do not offer any return for products in the above-mentioned categories.
We’ve to be strict about our return policy to keep out Customer’ safety into consideration.
However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under warranty period and defined usage instructions.
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We kindly request you to make your purchase decision carefully. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order and before it has been shipped. Once the product has been handed over to the courier, the order will be considered final and non-cancellable.
